I went with Tom and Rob and we ran/hiked up to Ben Lomond Peak and back. I love trail running and doing stuff like that, especially with Tom. It was a fun run.
I did an easy 4 miles just to get back into things. 7:10 average
I ran for 25 minutes and averaged 6:49 miles. Then I did a 400 on the track trying to hit around 4:50 pace and then some strides on the grass.
Short and easy run. Yet I still averaged 6:34
