I sat around all day at the UVU meet waiting for the 3200 at the end. They were running the meet very slowly. Tom and I didn't get to race until around 7 and that was after warming up for a really long time. 300 meters in some one stepped on my foot and gave me a flat tire. I tried to keep running as well as I could but my spike fell off 800 meters in. At that point I wasn't going to get back in the race, and was very upset. I still cooled down with Tom.
