We warmed up and then did the 2x10x30seconds again. This time I went a little farther going 1805m and 1835m. We cooled down after.
4 miles averaging 6:58 and then 3 150m finishes.
Ran on grass around school with Landon and Rob because we needed an easy day on the legs.
