We warmed up and then did 2x10x30sec with 30 seconds recovery and 5 minutes ten minutes between sets. I ran 1785 meters and then 1830 meters. We did a 20 minute run afterwards which was really slow.
It was a podunk meet, and we didn't even have uniforms yet, but I ran the 800 and Landon was helping me run fast, and it worked because I ran a PR of 2:06
