Warmed up for 2 miles. Ran 1 mile with half of it at mile pace and then an 800 with half of it at 800 pace. I then cooled down over two miles.

It was cold and windy, we were doing some time trials. Tom and I ran 2xmiles with a ten minute break in between. I ran 5:02 both times. We warmed up and cooled down obviously.
