I did three miles in the morning just to get some extra miles and have the legs feeling better for the team work out at night. Averaged 6:35
In the evening I did a good warmup and drills. The workout was 8x800's. My reco was 3 minutes of jogging. I started at 2:42 and worked down to 2:25 on the last one. I was feeling really strong. I jogged a mile and then did some strides in my spikes.
