I basically fully ran today, which was good because I had some stream and stress to blow off after see how poorly I did on my Stats test. I ran for a total of 40 minutes, and about 35 minutes was on the treadmill. I stopped after twenty minutes to use the restroom. My feet were bothering me on the treadmill, but felt fine when I was running in the hall. My legs also felt better then. I was going medium to easy pace, but was glad to run. After the 40 minutes I did some dynamic drills and then a brief cooldown on the elliptical. I missed the time trial today, and I hope I can do it some time next week, because I've been feeling pretty strong lately.
