Coach Buhrley didn't think I should lift yet, and neither did I. So during 4th period I did my "running" workout. I did about the same thing as yesterday. I cross trained and ran for a total of 60 minutes, 20 of that was running on the treadmill. The mouth wasn't nearly as achy today, so that's good. I hope to be running full strength by the end of the week. I know the rest is important right now though.
