10 minute warmup. AFAP on the track at 5k pace(actually faster because on the track) I made it 2400 meters twice hitting 82's and had a 5 minute break between each. Then I ended with 1200 meters where I hit 79,78,75. I really wasn't feeling that great today, so Buhrley had me do a 17 minute cooldown which included just walking up the hill.
