39:07. Best run I've had in awhile. I think running at night is better, so I can have energy throughout the day.

3k race at Kiwanis park. 11:49.6. I think that might be a PR. 1st overall girls. At night I did 3 in 25:27.

I could have ran. I wanted to save energy for dance, so I pushed it to the side and didn't get it done. Dance class was a lot harder though from the race yesterday. It wouldn't have hurt to just run 1 mile; next time on a day like this, I will do my best to just do something.

3 in the morning in 23:51, and 3 in the afternoon in 23:17. Felt very good, still very very guilty for not running yesterday and breaking my streak. :(

2 in Orem in the afternoon in 14:27 (I think). And 3 at night with Joseph and Jacob in 23:14.

2 miles down the canyon in 11:54.4(with Joseph pacing). 90, 3:00, 4:33, 6:00, 7:30, 9:00, (don't know for the 7th). I felt very relaxed and didn't struggle until the 6th quarter. Compared to 2 weeks ago, doing the 2000m was harder than the 2 miles. I still make the mistake of settling in a more comfortable pace to avoid pain; I could have kicked harder.
