38:57. Last quarter was 1:19. In Sacramento the elevation was under 30'. Now back in Utah with elevation of 5,354!
Absolutely no pain or anything but my knees are so noisy! They pop so much! They pop more when I stop running for more than 5 min and then start running again.
A couple hours later I can tell that 5 miles is a bit too much, but I think I'll still try even if it is too much, I will just rest more and I think I'll be fine with the mileage. Running in Sacramento is way less exhausting than here.
