Track workout; 500m was 1:35. Splits were 19, 37, 57, 75. Then 200m jog. Last 300m splits were 1:53, 2:12, total was 2:28.7. I wasn't expecting to run well today because I was tired. I prayed that I would have strength to run a good workout, and I did. Not everything will go how you want, but when you trust in the Lord He can give you strength.
An hour later I did 3 more in 24:51. I'm usually a lot more wiped out after the work out but my lungs have gotten a lot stronger and I recovered faster, so that is good.
