Track workout. 100m-18. 400m-72. 600m-1:53. 200m jog. 700m-2:11. 800m- 2:28.3 for the total. I think I did good, but it was very hard to stay on pace. I kept on slowing down and speeding up every 100m. I need to get better at pacing myself.
At night I did 3 miles in 23:15. I felt really good! Better than usual. I think it is hard to run in the morning because I'm still tired, but at night I've had plenty of time to wake up.
