23:42. Last quarter was 1:16.
23:43. Last quarter was 1:12. I felt drained the whole run except the last quarter felt good.
16:19. I was very sore from dance, felt good otherwise.
8:14. I wanted to do more but couldn't run till after dance wich was a bad idea. My knees didn't hurt but they were literally popping every 3 or 10 seconds!
15:32. Last half was 3:07. It is very tiring to keep up with 2 sports.
