Earlier in the day I did a 1500m race. I got 5:38. I am the worst at remembering splits but I think it was 81 and 91 for the first 2 laps. It was very hot, around the 90s and I was still sore and tight from dance class.
In the evening I did 4 more, 31:32. The last quarter was 1:19. I am very surprised of how much energy I had especially because I was tired all day and also pretty sore this morning. Hopefully this next week I will be fit enough to do at least 3 miles a day.
