Around 16:00. First mile was 8:23 (on the hill course). At 1.5 I was at 12:17, but I think I accidentally paused it for almost a minute. This pace felt like 14:00 for 2 miles. I am still on the fence if I want to train for longer distances one day or if I should choose a completely new sport. If I want to be faster I would have to be thinner. I would rather not do that because I have more of a gymnast body and feel better not having a runner's body. I will put in the work to be a fit runner without overtraining and will see what kind of sport works best. |
