| 1:01:45 I think. The last mile pickup uphill was 6:25 (3:14, 3:11); it was hard. It is strange how I could run that after Saturday. Had lots of energy.

| Somewhere between 59:30 and 1:00:10, I can't remember. Did a 2 mile pickup at the end, uphill, in 13:12 (6:34, 6:38). It took a while to catch my breath afterwards.

| Did 800 meters on the track in 2:37.5. First 200 was 34, 400 was 72, 600 was 1:55. My lungs hurt so bad for a few minutes afterwards. After that we ran around 6.75 miles, I felt pretty good except for the last mile. I was dead after my run and took a nap, I had no energy to do anything. I also had brain fog from exhaustion. I probably should have taken it easy.

| 25:00. Only got 6 hours of sleep but had lots of energy at work. Finally no nap this Friday! I did less so I wouldn't be burnt out tomorrow. My lungs also hurt still, but I am not coughing.

| 4 with Matthew in 25:27 (he got 25:26, I caught up to him a quarter to go and he would not let me pass). Did the first 2 with Stevie in 12:51. Mile splits: 6:32, 6:19, 6:19, 6:17. My lungs felt fine, and I didn't feel overtrained. When I got home I took a long nap. I drain myself of all energy, then I recover and do it again. I can't tell if I am stressed and lazy or simply need more rest. Probably both.
