14:42. Last mile was 6:45. I'm glad I ran less last week because it gave me lots of energy for the competition. But I have lots of upcoming competitions and if I increase my mileage any more than 2 a day, my dancing will suffer. I will have to start doing a little more fast twitch training so my dancing can be more powerful.

15:14. Last half 3:11. I feel so horrible that I haven't ran much this week. Dance has been taking up so much that it is extremely hard to run also.
