4 with Matthew in 25:27 (he got 25:26, I caught up to him a quarter to go and he would not let me pass). Did the first 2 with Stevie in 12:51. Mile splits: 6:32, 6:19, 6:19, 6:17. My lungs felt fine, and I didn't feel overtrained. When I got home I took a long nap. I drain myself of all energy, then I recover and do it again. I can't tell if I am stressed and lazy or simply need more rest. Probably both.
