Around 7 in 58:00 in the morning with Jacob and Sasha. There was a lot of snow. I did 2 more in the evening in 15:30.

4 around 32:30, then 2 around 14:25 (last half mile was 3:05). 2 with the little girls in 17:56. After a bit did 2 in 15:21.

After 4.5 miles (8 min pace) Sasha paced me for 2 in 12:25 (6:04, 6:21). Struggled after 0.75.

35:42. I had a little cold and it was hard getting started in the morning. Running before work made the day a lot better though.

After 2 mile warmup Sasha paced me for 2 miles in 12:05 (he went ahead). I did 5:58 and 6:07. Even though I had a cold I didn't cough, I think it is because I didn't push myself so my lungs weren't as stressed.

I realized that I am not pushing as hard as I used to. On a workout I would usually push so hard I couldn't walk for a bit, now I don't try to kill myself. Maybe I should start killing myself again.
