After 2 mile warmup Sasha paced me for 2 miles in 12:05 (he went ahead). I did 5:58 and 6:07. Even though I had a cold I didn't cough, I think it is because I didn't push myself so my lungs weren't as stressed.
I realized that I am not pushing as hard as I used to. On a workout I would usually push so hard I couldn't walk for a bit, now I don't try to kill myself. Maybe I should start killing myself again.
