8:30 mile warmup. It has been snowing so much, haven't been able to use the track in over a week. At home did 12x400 with 1:00 recovery. Went down hill first, then uphill on the next and so on.
75, 91, 85, 90, 87, 93, 87, 90, 87, 91, 86, 89. It felt good, but still have a cold. It was harder to breathe from coughing.
2 miles in 15:54 3 hours later. I had a lot of energy for dance class.
