Around 1:16:50 I think. Sasha paced me for 2 after running 5 miles. I got 12:12, he got 11:59. The first mile was 5:58 I think. I think this is an improvement because on a day like this I would usually run 12:25. I got more sleep. I also went back to bed for almost 2 hours after the run. I don't feel tired finally but still weak. I know I am doing too much but I still just want to run more. Going to bed on time will solve most of my energy problems for the afternoon.
