2 mile warmup. 5k race at BYU again. I got 20:56, first quarter was 84, mile was 6:06 I think, the 3000 was 12:15. It was awful. I didn't struggle mentally, I just couldn't go faster. I think I am doing too much. Maybe I need more than one week to recover for races. After this race I was very sore. I don't understand why I was sore after this 5k but not the other 2 races. I didn't do anything. Later we did 1 with Leigha in 10:40 I think. Then around 9:15 with Mary, and 4 in around 34:00 with the boys.
