Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran while Becca walked at the track. Felt good! Been feeling my achilles throughout the days more than I'd like over the past week- need to make the massage gun a more consistent part of my life.
Ran on some trails near Beccas work, got a little lost. Pretty good day, started out with some aches and pains in my legs but felt better as the run went on.
