Ran the first mile just under 6:00 pace and realized in the 30mph winds I wasn't going to breai 18, so I slowed down and let Jake lap me a couple times and then tried to push him to finish stronger the last couple laps. | 7 easy miles. Felt good today. Achilles and lower calves were a little sensitive today but I'll just keep doing more calf raises and use my muscle gun a little more often.
