The Bengals first playoff victory in over 30 years gave me the strength necessary to go for my first run since the surgery. I'm going to take my return slowly. I want to run 5-6 days a week but start low and build slowly. Might wait to run until I'm 8n colorado because the air quality here is really bad at the moment. |
