| Easy 4 miles to start, then a mile in 5:52... it was supposed to be 6:00- I think my garmin might be a little off on distance. Then another 1.25 back home. My garmin also said my heart rate was 160 during miles 2 and 3 and I averaged 8:00 per mile for those, and it said my heartrate was 175 for the sub 6 mile. Idk, seems wrong.
