Ran to the track and did 6 100m strides. I got up to a sprint on the middle two. I'm not going to worry about my pace at all until like november, for my long runs or track workouts.
It's nice to be back in bowling green, I love the track and xc course combo here. I'll come up to bowling green once or twice a week this semester and my goal is to get a run in every time I do.
