| Ran for 2 and half miles on the treadmill at planet fitness. Running with a mask on is pretty crappy. I threw in another quarter mile surge at 12.1 mph. Then did a workout with Becca, kept all the weight light and easy exercises as I get back it. | Add Comment |

| Ran on the treadmill again. Did 1.5 miles at 6:50 pace and then put the treadmill speed to 12 mph for about half a mile, it didn't feel as hard as I expected but I'm not sure if that was the treadmill malfunctioning or me doing well. I could have broken 5 for a mile if the treadmill was accurate though. Cooled down afterwards and lifted a bit. | Add Comment |
