Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Pretty good run today. I like the route near my apartment. It starts with a mile of mostly downhill so it easy to get rolling and get to 2ish miles before turning back. I felt pretty good!
4.5 miles. 4.3 around the neighborhood, about a quarter mile at the airport. Getting ready for one of the wildest competitions I've participated in yet- the saltine mile.
