Did a little farlek/ tempo run this morning. After a mile warm up did 10 minutes hard (around 6:15 average or a smidge faster) then 5minutes rest, 5 minutes hard, 2.5 rest, and then was gonna do 4 minutes hard, but added on an extra 40 or seconds so to bring it all the way home. It was a good workout. Still hard to feel not as in shape as I was in undergrad. It's not as noticeable on the less intense runs, but considering the circumstances, I think I'm doing alright.
