| Nice little run, I just had a little over 30 minutes to run, and just enjoyed running along this canal thing. Saw a coyote too, so that's exciting.

| Nice morning bike ride, no flat tires (yay!) I still can't figure out why my back tire isn't exactly even, when I get going I can feel it like bumping. I've changed the tube and the rim doesn't look bent... next step is to maybe mess with the spokes a little bit. Even though problems like this can be annoying, it's kinda fun to get my hands dirty trying to fix stuff.

| Just a quick 4 mile sorta progression run. First mile was 6:30, the next 3 are 6:20. It was pretty tough, and unfortunately I had to stop at mile 2.5 and find a nice rock in the wash to poop on... anyway, not as fast as I have been, but gotta start building some speed back up so I can beat Jake B. in a traithlon in may.
