| Nice run west on Union hills, the sun was super bright, I kinda wished I had brought my hat. Lots of classes today, but it should be really good!

| Another chill run. Felt like running with some music today, and that was kinda fun! Mostly I'm just super excited for Holly to get here tonight! I was also thinking on the run, I really hope I'll be in town for the squaw peak 50, it'd be nice to have something to train for, and a good excuse to get into the mountains.

| Hey! I went on a run with Holly today, that was super fun, just a great part of the day! Hopefully I'll get to do that again, it's been sooooo fun having her out here for the weekend!

| Nice fartlek workout this morning, 10:5:3.5:3, those were the fast intervals. The pace was right around 6 minutes, although I did have some good sustained segments going under 6. Always good to remind myself that I can go fast.

| It was really cool this morning, felt good to run in those lowish temperatures. It was a rough day tonight though, talked with Holly, thought everything was good, but she just said she was struggling with a lot of emotional challenges, and felt like she wasn't in a place where she could be in a relationship. I don't know, It's just weird, I don't know how to feel or how to react, but there's not much I can do.

| can't remember which shoes I wore, or where I ran exactly. Probs did the loop, and daydreamed about trail running... i do miss it.
