| Kinda guessing on the slow vs fast miles there. I did a fartlek workout of 10:5:4:3:2:1. It was a really good push, nice to go fast and just hold a decent pace for a sustained time. I'm not training for anything in particular right now, but as basketball legend Creamy Biggums says, "I stay ready so I ain't never have to get ready. " Those are words to live by. Now I just need to develop a post game...

| Nice little run, out and back on Union Hills. Nothing fancy. Just glad to have time to be up and moving every morning. Things are cooling off ever so slightly, but I'm not going to get too enthusiastic about anything yet!

| First trail run in AZ. Man, it felt good to be back out on the trails, I've really missed it. I still miss the mountains of northern Utah. Uncle John Egbert was showing me the trails, he was on his cool e-bike, and it was a challenge to keep up with him!

| Just played basketball for a couple of hours this morning. It was a ton of fun, I figure I may as well enjoy this while I can. Hopefully next week I can get up a smidge earlier and maybe run over the the church beforehand or something like that.

| Nice run today to the park and back. I did a 15 minute tempo run and got 2.5 miles, so that means 6 minute pace right? It is always a nice challenge to get some speed in.

| frustrating morning, got up, kinda sat there. I didn't feel like going on a run, so I did some yoga... that was nice, but then I decided I should at least go bike for a minute, but the back tire was flat. So I did order a new tube and some new tires for the bike, but man, I really need to not be such a bum.

| Chill little out and back run, felt really good honestly. I don't know why I've been lacking the desire to get out and run, it always feels so good when I do it. Finished with a little spring challenge, we'll call it the neighborhood dash, new best time for it of 55.95 seconds. The watch said it's .2 miles, which is probably close, although it's probs not exact. It felt really fun and powerful to go fast like that though.

| Nice little loop run this morning, followed up by a pr in the neighborhood dash of 52.19. I kinda wish there was a track close by I could go run some repeats on or something, but whatever. It's not like i've got that much time anyway haha.

| Just a nice little morning run. It felt really good this morning, the air was (somewhat) cool and just felt good on my skin and refreshing to breath. Should be a good weekend. Also, I'm getting a pair of the DON issue #2 at some point today, so I'm really excited for that.

| Nice tempo run today. I did 3 miles in 17:45, so I believe that's a 5:55 average. It was tought to convince myself to do this tempo run, I was kinda close to just doing a 3 mile run or something like that, but I'm glad that I did this. I need to get out of the habit of sometimes being a little bit lazy with things and just become a better worker. Glad I can still get out and run even with school being busy.
