On my treadmill, I walked 3.25 miles at a moderate incline, then I jogged 1.0 mile at a rate of 4.8, then I walked 0.75 miles at an incline of 10 and a rate of 3.5. At exactly 5.0 miles total I began to feel dizzy and felt chest pressure/discomfort, so I stopped. Total distance was 5.0 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 800 calories. |
