I walked 6 miles on the greenbelt. It was a nice spring walk. Most of the river trees were not yet in bloom.
I walked 3.25 miles on my treadmill at a rate of 3.0-3.4 and an incline of 2-8. The treadmill said that I burned just over 500 calories.
