I walked 3.25 miles on my treadmill at a rate of 2.8-3.6 and a moderate incline. After I walked about 2.25 miles, I walked/jogged (hybrid) about 0.25 miles at a rate of 4.6-4.8. Unfortunately my right calf still felt too tender to begin jogging on it. I need to incorporate some weight resistance (calf raises) for my calves to prevent future pulled calf muscles. |
