I walked 1.25 miles on my treadmill as a warm-up, then jogged 4 miles at a pace of 5.0-6.4, then walked 1.75 miles as a cool-down. During the last mile of my jog I progressively increased the incline setting from 0.5 up to 3.0. Total distance was 7 miles. The treadmill said I burned 1050 calories. |
