Had an interesting run this morning. I was trying to keep ten of my mile between 7:00 and 7:15, but the last three miles did not go so good. Around mile 7 to 8 i started feeling some pressure in my head and it kept getting worse until mile 10.50 then i started feeling a little relief from the pressure. There was no pain involved, but it sure affected my per mile run. I am not sure how to explain it, but it was really weird. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-) |
