Another day off. I really wanted to run today, but I though those two days off would do me good. I guess I will find out tomorrow. Also, I am unsure what to do now should I run a marathon or stay with my half's. I was really thinking hard about running Pocatello marathon, but I think I would like to run my first marathon on a different course. I am uncertain what to do. Any suggestions? I had a lot planned for today, work counseling session for a wedding coming up and hooking up my swamp cooler. Also, thanks again for all the comments for my race on Saturday. Thanks for reading and have a great night!

Nice easy run this morning. I ran four miles at a 7:22 pace and the temperature was 67 degrees. Wow that is hot being three in the morning. This was a very exciting run for me, why you ask? I am glad you did. When I first started running within the first quarter mile I heard something that made me think, and I am not kidding when I say this “I am going to die.”  I heard a GRRRRR so deep that I almost jumped out of my skin and I have never heard such a deep GRRRRR in my life and I really thought I was going to die. I took off my head phones and looked around and kept looking around and I saw nothing. So thank you Lord for protecting me. What a run!!!! Anyway, not much planned for today, work and rest! Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Good run this morning! I am starting to run a different rout than i use to, one with more hills. For those of you that know Satterfield Hill that is what i ran this morning. But i did have the aid of the wind, which was very nice. I ran the mile up the hill at a 8:05, which is very good for me. I am trying to get ready for my next race in June, which is a very hilly course. Anyway, yesterday i ended up doing more than i though, the water pump on my swamp cooler died and i ended up replacing that and let me tell you that it works awesome now. Not much planned for today, work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great Wednesday!

I had a great run this morning with Kory! My overall pace was 7:15, which is a PR for time for that mileage. I know that starting out slower really helped me to end strong. Today felt like all my cylinders were clicking and that was awesome! I do have to say that i surprised myself for running so good after running my 1/2 marathon race less than a week ago. Anyway, not much planned for today work and a wedding reception that i am in charge of and maybe a movie. Also, thanks Kory for running with me it was awesome. :)

Ran six miles today at a 7:25 pace. Kory and I started together and then around mile 3.5 he excelled on and i just kept at my pace. My legs were soar today and i really was not in the mood to run fast. Anyway, not too much planned today, perform a wedding and watch tv movies on my computer. I have been watching Journeyman and i really like the series, but the show did not last long so there are only 13 episodes :(. And i am on the last one now. Anyway have a great weekend.
