Nice easy run this morning. I ran four miles at a 7:22 pace and the temperature was 67 degrees. Wow that is hot being three in the morning. This was a very exciting run for me, why you ask? I am glad you did. When I first started running within the first quarter mile I heard something that made me think, and I am not kidding when I say this “I am going to die.”  I heard a GRRRRR so deep that I almost jumped out of my skin and I have never heard such a deep GRRRRR in my life and I really thought I was going to die. I took off my head phones and looked around and kept looking around and I saw nothing. So thank you Lord for protecting me. What a run!!!! Anyway, not much planned for today, work and rest! Thanks for reading and have a great day!

ooooh Barry sounds scary, I would have ended up doing a sub 7min or even 6 min mile If I heard a GRRRR like that!

Do you have big wild cats round by you, or anything that would sound like that???

Good going 3am in the morning WHY??

It was very scary, to me! To tell you the truth i am not surprised myself that i did not take off running faster. It is almost like i froze. Why run at 2:30 in the morning? Not as much traffic, not as hot, get my run over with for the day, i get to take a nap before going to work. Plus it helps me for when i have to get up early for a race. And the best one of all, i get to hear noises (GRRRRR) that make me want to jump out of my skin :). What time of the day do you normally run?

im not a morning person at all!

I work part time for my business, well all morning into part of the after-noon, then I should work for my hubbys business in the afternoon, but my running in the evening was meaning we dont see each other as a family much, so I run in the afternoon before I pick my son up from school, and then on big mileage I will run in the night Too! but hubby and son ride on their bikes with me....

Then I work of a night at home for our /hubby business...
