Good run this morning! I am starting to run a different rout than i use to, one with more hills. For those of you that know Satterfield Hill that is what i ran this morning. But i did have the aid of the wind, which was very nice. I ran the mile up the hill at a 8:05, which is very good for me. I am trying to get ready for my next race in June, which is a very hilly course. Anyway, yesterday i ended up doing more than i though, the water pump on my swamp cooler died and i ended up replacing that and let me tell you that it works awesome now. Not much planned for today, work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great Wednesday!
