Nice relaxing run today, my pace was 7:29 with 5.00 miles at a zero incline and 1.0 miles at 1.0 and 1.0 miles at 2.0 incline. This week i have planed to run 70 miles with 16 miles of it will be ran on the Pocatello marathon course. Anyway, have a great week!

Morning: I have notice something. What is that? I am glad you asked. Rain, that is what helps me to run faster. I wanted to get out of the rain as fast as i can. Which is not a bad thing, I guess.

I decided to run the treadmill today so i could try to get myself to slow down. I did but not by much, my pace was 7:36 with 3.5 miles at a 0.5 incline and 2.5 miles at a 1.0 and 1.0 mile at a 1.5. I had a great morning of running. I was hoping to run good, but i think i would do this good. I have never ran this time for this long. So for my time and distance today was a PR for me. Well anyway, Bill Mandler and i went running this morning, this being my long run and for Bill just another day of running. The first six miles sucked really bad, but we were able to run through it with Gods help. Also, Bill brought along his running light that helped us to see where we were running, thanks Bill. After the first six miles the road was almost clear, except for spots here and there. My plan for this morning run was to only run 16 miles, but where i parked the car was one mile further than i thought. But i did not mind running the extra, i think it was a confidence booster. For next week i am thinking about running between 18 - 20 miles depending on how i feel. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!
