I decided to run the treadmill today so i could try to get myself to slow down. I did but not by much, my pace was 7:36 with 3.5 miles at a 0.5 incline and 2.5 miles at a 1.0 and 1.0 mile at a 1.5. No running twice today and that is OK with me. Not much planed for today except my usual, work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

Barry, I'm going to rest my foot to see if I can get it ready to run with you on Friday. If it still hurts I won't be able to run. But I will let you know.

What I wanted to do was at mile 13 on the course was do a tempo run for the last few miles just to get some speed done. Then when you reach the car you could just pick me up along the course however to whatever distance I'm at past the car. I really hope my foot heals but it doesn't look promising. Just pray for me.

Kory,

You will be in my prayers for your foot! Please keep me informed. Thanks for letting me know and have a good day.

Barry
