Today was a good day of running. I ran eight miles at an 7:20 pace with a 0.5 incline. But i also did speed drills with an average of 6:56 for five miles out of the eight. I was feeling really good. My plan for the week is to run 70 miles. Not much else going on today, except a nice long nap and some TV watching.. I hope you all have better plans than i do, anyway have a great day!
Morning: Not too bad of a morning, except I had to go to the bathroom
a lot. So my first miles were in 8:00
then my next 3 1/2 miles were at 7:41
then the last 2 1/2 was around 7:28
with all of them being at a0.5 incline. Not much else going, but work and

Evening: I am a little tired after my nine mile run tonight. I
ran it in an 8:14 pace at 0.5 until
the last half mile and I jumped it up to 1.0. I am so proud of myself. I will
not do my sit-ups tonight. I am really tires and I think I will go to bed
early. So now I am going to sit around the house and do nothing but watch TV

Morning: After yesterday run I thought I was really
going to be soar this morning, but I was not. I did take it a little slower so
I would not hurt myself. As I was about 1/4 of the way through I was feeling
good so I started running faster, but not fast enough that I would hurt myself.
My overall pace was a 7:58 with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for
today, except work and running after work. I think I am going to go to the
doctor after work. The doctor told me a while ago that he thought that I was
not digesting my food right and I think I am going to get that checked out. He
told me that he thinks that might be affecting the way I am running. Because I
am not getting all the stuff out of food that my body needs to run on. Anyway,

Evening:Doctor Appointment went good. No
problems with my digestive system. I went running my usual seven miles at 07:54.29
with a 0.5 incline. All I want to do now it watch TV and rest.
Morning: Another day of running seven miles in the
morning and seven in the afternoon. But that is ok because I am reaching my
goal of 70 this week faster, so the last part of the week I can relax. My legs
were a little soar, but not to bad. My pace was a 7:57 with a 0.5 incline. I think I need to add more
incline, because my body has adjusted to that height and I am back to having a
hard time loosing weight. Anyway, not much going on today the wife is out of
town until tomorrow and it is just me and the dog. Now it is time to take my
morning nap before going to work, I tell you that the nap helps me so I am not

Evening:Tonight my shin was a little soar, but not to bad. Ran seven miles at a 8:13 pace at a 0.5 for six miles and one mile was at a 1.0. I am so proud of myself. Tonight i think i am going to be lazy and just eat and watch TV. If i can get my TV fixed! And while i am thinking about it i hope the Steelers WIN on Sunday! Do i have an AMEN? Later: Not much to say, but
ran my normal seven miles at a 7:57 pace with a 0.5 for six miles and one miles
at 1.0 No running tonight, because I am just way to tired and would like to
take the night off. Kory has talked me into taking tomorrow off and running
with him Saturday eleven miles to make my 70 for the week. My shin is still a
little soar but not too bad. I just need to be cautious and take it easy for a
couple of runs. Anyway, have a great night!
I had a good run today with Kory another blog member. We ran 11:02 at an 7:06 pace. I am trying to get my Garmin working to give me my times. I think these are my times. And boy was it cold this morning. I think the temperature in the mountains was twelve degrees and in town i would say it was around seven degrees. When i was done running i had ice hanging off my cap. My legs are pretty soar right now. I think for my run today i will treat myself to a Jamba Juice :). Anyway i did my goal of 70 miles and for next week i will step it up a notch to 80 before i do my cut back week. I do have to say i feel good overall for the second time running 70 miles in a week.
