Today was a nice easy day. My pace was 8:41 and my bpm was between 133 - 144. It was really nice today because at mile five my leg just stopped hurting and i really enjoyed this a lot. But it did not last too long because i started coming back but very slowly. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Thanks for the input, it helps a lot. Have you tried foam rolling your legs to see if that helps. I have a feeling that might help you with your problems. I thinkā€¦

No, not the foam roller yet, but I use the tv remotes and wooden spoons and my opposit knee. I pretty much beat my calves with anything I can :)
