Today's run was painful, but not from my shin :). When i went to the class to learn how to run properly I started using there technique, but i did not give myself a chance to adjust to the new way of running and i hurt my foot. The doctor told me to go back to the way i run and slowly adjust to the new way of running. So I will. But any way my over pace was 8:34. I am going to try to run four miles tomorrow, so i can get my 60 miles in for the week. Thanks for reading and have a Great night. |
