Barry do you want to meet at centennial park at 6:30am Saturday. We can leave one car there and drive up to the top.

I have to be done before 10am, because of games. What pace were you planning on running at.

We can meet at centennial park at 6:30 on the side where your kids go to school. I have to also be done before 10:00 because of an appointment. I was thinking about running an 8:30 pace, what do you think?

Meeting place is fine. P

Pace wise I would say maybe doing the first 6 miles at 8:15 to 8:00 then last 6 miles do a progressive run by increasing speed each mile and ending at a 7 minute mile. This would be a good way to pickup some speed.
