Ran eight miles today at a 8:34 pace. I did about six miles at a 1.0 incline and one mile at a 0.5 and one mile at no incline. My leg was feeling better today, or should i say a LOT better. Thanks Kory for the help. Anyway not much more to say, but Have a great day... :)

Thanks, how are your legs feeling? Ready for another race?

My legs are lead and there will be no more racing... at least for a few weeks!:D Plus I am going to have to figure out how I can get Sasha to pull me through the last mile again. He really saved my 5k. I was faded and pooped out! ;)
